Bailey has been working with Square in the Air since 2007 managing teams of field marketing staff. She has vast experience of different campaigns, from hospitality at Twickenham and the Emirates to field marketing at Cheltenham Racecourse and Lord’s. Bailey has recruited a large bank of promotional staff over the years and continues to scout for new talent. She has overseen promotional campaigns for some of the largest betting and sports companies in the world.
Bailey has also worked in the third sector for various charities, creating and managing national volunteer programmes.
