The journalists were invited to a media day in London to meet with Yggdrasil’s CEO and the head of the new Publishing division.
Yggdrasil wanted to raise awareness of its new business division and to organise a media day with a selected number of Tier-1 trade publications to ensure coverage across a number of platforms with a wide industry audience.

Due to the fairly complex nature of the new division, a media day was a perfect way for Yggdrasil to fully explain the set up and share their excitement with the journalists.
The launch campaign helped raise the awareness of the new division with interest generated from other media on the back of it.

The Square in the Air managed media day resulted in several exclusive editorials being published in both print and online, significantly increasing the awareness of the division with the target audience. In the same week, Square in the Air sent out a press release to announce the launch of the new division and also came up with the idea to create QR code cards linking to the specific website to send to the industry press and current and prospective partners.
